  • Australian Shipping Costs: Shipping fees is a flat rate of $15. Any orders over $150 incorporates free shipping.

  • International shipping costs: Contact Turning Deadwood via email to provide a quote for any international shipping

  • Returns: You may return items within 7 days of receiving the item, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Contact Turning Deadwood to begin the process. The customer will cover the cost for shipping the item back to Turning Deadwood. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping within 1-2 business days.
